The Chinese Studies Student Association at the University of Zurich is the hub for students who share a passion for Chinese culture, history, and language. By becoming a member, you will join a group of like-minded people who support and inspire each other and explore the richness of Sinology together.

Requirements for membership:

The Chinese Studies Student Association membership is open to all students majoring or minoring in Sinology. We aim to provide a supportive environment where you can grow personally and professionally.

Membership fee:

A modest contribution of CHF 5 per semester helps us to maintain the quality and diversity of our activities. This contribution funds events, resources, and the many initiatives we offer our members.

How to become a member:

To join the Chinese Studies Student Association, contact us via the contact form on our website or contact a board member directly. We look forward to welcoming you and involving you in our activities.

Please pay the fee in the fall semester by the end of October and in the spring semester by the end of March.

    No, students who are studying Sinology as a minor subject are also very welcome.
